        perhaps this is an area where volunteers canhelp by checing the titles on Amazon and reading the School library and other such sourcess info; I used toadd rade/age level info whenI was keeping the new books list

        I would suggest looking into Next Text editions for some standard based remedial text. Maybe with this kind of interest they would begin to offer even more titles. I believe they are associated with Houghton Mifflin. Check them out.

        This is a problem as far as I can tell with all sources of e-Books, including library sites (e.g. overdrive-based) and retailers (e.g. Amazon). I would very much appreciate being able to find books for my kindergarten daughter (who reads a little beyond her grade now).

        Yeah, but what if someone read at a lower level then their grade level? Wouldn't that embarass them to not be able to comprehend a second grade book when they're a freshmen. To me it is not worth it!
